The Utilitac II is a knife that combines the functional and visually appealing design of Joe Pardue with the manufacturing expertise of Ontario Knives. It is a knife that offers great value for its price.
The JPT-3S drop point blade of the knife is made of satin finished AUS 8A stainless steel, which is both durable and resistant to corrosion. The handle of the knife has a square end with notching on the handle-to-blade spine, providing a subtle but effective thumb ramp for better grip.
The handle scales are made of lightweight zytel material and sit on top of a steel liner lock frame, ensuring strength and durability. One notable feature of the knife is the well-designed index finger groove, with one side of the handle slightly offset to make it easy to disengage the liner lock release tab, even when wearing gloves.
The Utilitac II also comes with a black finished 4-way reversible pocket clip, allowing for convenient and versatile carry options.
