The handle is made from hand-forged and etched Twist damascus steel, beautifully adorned with wood sourced from the original Eyrie pinot noir vine. This particular vine is renowned for producing the award-winning 'South Block' pinot noir in 1975. To add a touch of elegance, the knife features a white topaz gemstone and comes with a 22" black box chain.
