This is a great knife.  It&#039;s an excellent size.  Not too big to scare people and not too small too be hard to use.  I love the shape, the lines, and the look of this knife.  I mainly top flip it open with my index finger.  I love fidgeting with this knife.  It has a good detent.  I think the detent is perfect for a front/top flipper.  As far as the dlc I haven&#039;t had any problems at all.  The pickup is good, not questions and this certainly isn&#039;t a &quot;flimsy knife&quot; as another reviewer said.  I have 2 of these knives (1 v grind &amp; 1 chisel grind) and have to laugh at the other review.  I think it&#039;s more questionable if that reviewer actually owns one of these or if he&#039;s just starting his opinions. I&#039;m quite interested in what they&#039;re definition of &quot;flimsy&quot; is because I think it&#039;s hard to find anyone or anything that thinks titanium and carbon fiber are flimsy.  It&#039;s a great knife, I love all of Justin Lindquist&#039;s designs and WE knives did a good job with this knife   Don&#039;t be afraid to give it a try, it&#039;s definitely not a &quot;flimsy&quot; knife or does it have questioning lockup... as long as you&#039;re going by Merriam-Webster or any other published dictionary&#039;s definition.

Flipper is okay, flimsy knife, lock up is questionable. DLC coating was polished off.
