Wander Tactical Uro Hunter Natural Micarta D2 Steel Fixed Blade Knife

The Uro Hunter fixed blade knife by Wander Tactical is a versatile tool that is perfect for the outdoors. Whether you're on the trail or at the campsite, this knife is ready for anything. The drop point blade shape is designed for excellent control, with jimping on both the thumb and tip areas. It has plenty of belly, making it great for skinning and slicing. The blade is made from robust D2 steel, giving it the strength to handle heavy chopping tasks. Wander Tactical uses a 0.25" slab of D2 tool steel that is meticulously ground and profiled to create a stout drop point blade. The blade is cryogenically heat treated to 59-61 HRC, ensuring it takes and holds a razor's edge. To protect against corrosion and withstand harsh conditions, the knife is finished with an Acidized Gunkote Clear KG Gun Kote finish. This finish provides outstanding protection against chemicals, oils, solvents, and extreme temperatures ranging from -320 degrees F to 500 degrees F. The handle of the Uro Hunter is made from natural micarta, which is comfortable to hold and features a grooved texture for excellent control. It also has a dedicated finger choil for added grip. For easy carry, the knife comes with a fully MOLLE compatible kydex belt sheath. This allows you to securely attach it to your hip or any of your gear.
