Introducing the Wander Tactical Dimorphodon, a full-sized fixed blade knife that is as tough as it gets. This knife is named after a medium-sized Pterosaur from the Jurassic Period, and it lives up to its name by being able to withstand even the harshest environments.
Crafted from a solid 0.25" slab of D2 tool steel, the blade of the Dimorphodon is expertly ground and shaped into a sturdy drop point design. It undergoes a cryogenic heat treatment process, resulting in a hardness of 59-61 HRC and exceptional edge retention. To top it off, the blade is coated with a flat dark earth KG Gun Kote finish, providing excellent protection against corrosion, chemicals, oils, and solvents. It can even withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -320 degrees F to 500 degrees F.
The handle of the Dimorphodon is made from black micarta scales, which not only feel comfortable in your hand but also offer a grooved texture for superior grip and control. Additionally, there is a dedicated finger choil for added precision.
Carrying this knife is a breeze, thanks to its fully MOLLE compatible kydex belt sheath. You can easily attach it to your hip or secure it to any of your gear. Whether you're out in the wilderness or tackling tough tasks, the Wander Tactical Dimorphodon is the reliable companion you need.
