Apparently 1-star reviews aren&#039;t published here, so I&#039;ve bumped mine up to two stars -- which this &quot;knife&quot; certainly does not deserve. My expectations were low, and this horrible tool failed to meet even those. I&#039;ve yet find a single material the cheap serrated plastic blade will actually cut through. The knife is essentially plastic waste, an unusable drawer-space-waster that should never have been produced. That does NOT reflect badly on BladeHQ -- I&#039;m glad they&#039;re willing to offer experimental items.
