So I have had this bow River for a little bit now and really have abused it in all honesty. Now I work heavy construction and also hunt out west and this knife has served me well in both rolls. Right off the bat I remember it not being the sharpest knife out of the box but I do have to say it has kept quite the edge still after all this time. I will update as this thing takes more and more beatings but for the most part I don’t doubt it will handle them with a stride.

I keep one in the tackle box and one in my work bag. Great little knife for slicing up meat, absolutely recommend

Almost exclusively used as a steak knife. Been amazing for this purpose. Takes a quick edge, only negative is I wish Spyderco would make a black blade and black/white handle version so I could complete the set!!!!

Picked up one of these and it is almost perfect.  My only complaint is the grips, they feel slick to me, also could have added jimping on the spine. Other than that it is a fantastic knife for the price. I have taken it fishing but primarily use it in the kitchen. Update on this knife. After 99 percent kitchen use and only hand washing, the coating near the tip of the blade has begun to peel off. I am not happy with the quality of the coating.
