The one I have is black, but same blade, same handle.  One other difference is I bought mine exactly 30 years ago.  Still sharp as hell, just a tiny bit of off-coloring on the serrated teeth.  In this day and time where is seems everything is designed to be one-use; you can still find top quality stuff like this knife that will last you a lifetime 

This guy is a great knife if you want something that is not going to rust. This is great to keep in your tackle box or bring fishing or camping without the worry of it rusting.
