Spyderco Perrin PPT Sprint Run Carbon Fiber Black C135CFP Knife
The Sprint Run PPT model is a folding knife that combines style and functionality. It features a sleek carbon fiber handle and a satin-finished CPM-S90V blade. The knife is named after its three talented designers: Fred Perrin, Philippe Perotti, and Sacha Thiel. The lock mechanism of this knife is a unique blend of Michael Walker's LinerLock® and Chris Reeves' Reeve Integral Lock. It functions as a frame-lock, but the black G-10 scale overlay gives it the appearance of a LinerLock. The carbon fiber handle scales are designed with corrugated creases, providing a secure and comfortable grip. The blade is made from CPM-S90V steel and has a modified-Wharncliffe profile, along with a finger choil and spine jimping for added control. The spine also features a tapered spine-swedge for enhanced cutting performance. This knife comes with a deep-carry pocket clip and a handle lanyard for convenient carry options.
