Jens Anso, a talented Danish industrial designer and knifemaker, is known for his unique and functional knife designs. One of his collaborations, the Rock Lobster, features a blade shape that defies traditional labels. It combines elements of a Wharncliffe and a knobby nosed blade, with a thick tip that excels at tough cuts and adds a touch of personality. The blade is made from VG-10 stainless steel, with a full-flat grind and the option for a plain edge. The handle is made of foliage green G-10, providing ample texture to prevent slipping, and it features a nested LinerLock® with jimping at the lock release. The handle is constructed with screws, allowing for easy adjustment and cleaning. The knife also includes a tip-up/down right-hand pocket clip.
