The Tactical Response 2 (TR-2) is a phenomenal pocket knife in Pro-Tech's Tactical Response series. Though its name implies tactical use, it's equally excellent as an everyday carry cutter. The handle is contoured for comfort during use, with jimping at the top and base to provide a solid grip. You can open the blade automatically with the simple push of the button. Like all Pro-Tech knives, the TR-2 is made in the USA to exacting standards. It's a tool you can count on in any situation.

The TR-2.3 has a black finished 154-CM spear point blade with a plain edge. Black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum body with black finished hardware. The Tactical Response 2 is a knife that won&#039;t let you down. It fires hard, locks up like a rock and feels great in your hand, but what else would you expect from Pro-Tech? The slim design fits well in the pocket and the knife features a convenient clip for carry.

You could save 30 bucks or so by purchasing the basic model but I think long-term you&#039;ll be happier with the sterling silver skull included.  This is NOT your older edition TR-2, just saying.  Now includes deep carry clip of decent quality and of course the sterling silver skull and mother of pearl push button which kicks butt in my opinion. Yeah a little laughable to some maybe but nonetheless very cool.  It&#039;s textured, magnacut, dlc blk (which was unnecessary in my opinion but does help in the cool category I guess), and excellent texturing.  Very nicely sized knife I must say too. It is a bargain for what you&#039;re getting and once again... very cool. Typical high-quality Protech build quality you are not going to find elsewhere in this price category.

The TR 2 has always been a great knife. Good in the hand, great action etc. But this skull...... WOW it makes this just one cool blade. It is probably one of the best looking blades out there and it is high quality. Nice addition to the collection and it is MagnaCut too. Great knife in every respect.
