I just got the Piranha Bodyguard. The spring action is quick and strong. The aluminum handle and &quot;ripple&quot; grip design just feels good in the hand. The blade steel is excellent for a knife in this price range. My only concern is that it doesn&#039;t have a lock feature to prevent accidental opening.

Everything about this knife is amazing. Extremely smooth and quick opening. The only thing that it lacks is a tight lock-up. The blade is slightly loose and wiggles. Not horrible, but not acceptable at this price range. I have cheaper autos that are rock solid when opened. It&#039;s too bad because other than that, it&#039;s a fantastic knife. Definitely would buy again if this issue was resolved. I don&#039;t know if mine slipped through QC or this normal for Piranha. The video on this website said it had a great lock-up. Maybe I just got a bad one. Not willing to try again until I&#039;m sure I&#039;m getting what was advertised. Great service from BladeHQ on the return.
