Honestly, I bought this knife strictly for the look of it. I figured Ontario is a reputable company, so it would probably be at least usable. The price made it an impulse buy. I&#039;m really impressed with how well it&#039;s made. No wiggle in the blade at all when locked, none. It was impressively sharp right out of the box as well. The clear body of it doesn&#039;t feel at all brittle and is solid in the hand. For such an inexpensive knife I&#039;m very pleased. This would make a great gifting knife for sure. The only downsides are that the lock mechanism is very tight, so it does take some pressure on the slightly pointed thumb studs, which gets a bit uncomfortable. And adding a nail nick would have been a nice touch, but might have spoiled the clean line of the overall look. A long review for such a cheap little knife, but I like it.
