In early 2020, Smith & Sons embarked on creating a prototype for this knife. However, they faced numerous challenges along the way, including Covid shutdowns, two major hurricanes, and the need to construct a new workshop. Despite these obstacles, they remained determined to deliver this knife to their customers, going above and beyond to make it happen. Over the course of the past 2 1/2 years, they tirelessly searched for top-notch materials and commissioned parts from reputable sources in the US and EU. Each lock is meticulously filed, every spring is carefully hand-bent, and each blade is expertly sharpened. With great attention to detail, each knife is built in-house to meet their renowned standards of excellence. The result is a folding knife that offers exceptional quality and a secure lockup.
