I only took away a star because of the angle of the edge grinds and it did not arrive very sharp, for a sharpener this is not a big deal tho but be prepared to sharpen the knife and change the edge profile if you want it to cut anything lol once I did that tho it is a sharp and heavy duty knife that can take whatever you throw at it and more! I love the blades shape and pics do it no justice at all it is one bada$$ looking knife! I would have preferred a reg G10 handle scale or even micarta over their scales with the strange circle pattern on em... but with the hollow tube style pins you can use a lanyard any number of ways you so choose or need, this is also available in an Aus8 version which is cheaper but I cannot speak for that one as I have not had any experience with it... overall it is definitely a good buy even if just to add to a collection or to use as an EDC field knife
