Kizer Azo Vanguard Begleiter 2 Tanto Knife Black Micarta (3.4&quot; Black SW)

This knife is sick. Best action I&#039;ve ever felt with a thumb stud - just pops open and swings shut. Edge is sharp out of the box. Really nice micarta, too. It&#039;s really soft and feels like fabric rather than like resin. You&#039;d never touch this with your eyes closed and mistake it got plastic or g10. I really, really like it. Definitely going to be high in my edc rotation, even though I&#039;m not generally a fan of tanto blades... a little too tacti-cool for my tastes.

Loving this right out of the box. The blade is thick and chunky with a perfect tanto and a rugged weathered black finish. The edge isn&#039;t super slicy (nor would one expect that from this type of blade) but plenty sharp and will tear into whatever you go after. I am really impressed with the handle too, it just feels super solid and thick enough for large hands. The micarta is smooth and soft, with just the right amount of grip, will look great as it ages I think. The blade just launches out into a solid lockup and then drop shuts perfectly. This is a bday gift for my dad and I can&#039;t wait to give it to him this weekend. Blade HQ did a beautiful job on the engraving too.
