I don’t often write reviews but I felt I had to sing the praises of this knife. The fit and finish is amazing, well well above the $50 price point. Even more impressive, the factory edge is by far the sharpest factory edge I’ve seen. And I have a lot of much more expensive knives against which to compare. It was sharp enough to whittle hair out of the box. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

Razor-sharp, smooth, front flipper. Perfect size for small tasks and amazing Justin Lindquist design. Nice entry kife and would absolutely recommend it!

The Kizer Vanguard Feist has everything I look for in a gentleman’s knife. The size, smooth handle, modern hardware, deep-carry pocket clip and smooth action. High quality craftsmanship.  The front flipper is the only detail for which I do not give it a five (5) star rating. The flipper design has a perpendicular angle in relation to the front of the knife.  Being perpendicular, the force exerted by the thumb is not enough to break the tension of the detent. You must practice a lot to develop the skill of opening this knife. Once you get it, the knife shoots out with high speed. I love this knife. It is of high quality at a great price.
