The Dividend knife has been upgraded with a new Composite Blade and a sleek machined and anodized aluminum handle. Kershaw's innovative Composite Blade Technology combines two high-quality steels, CPM D2 and Bohler N690, into one blade. The upper part of the blade is made with Bohler N690, which offers excellent corrosion resistance and exceptional hardness. On the cutting edge, we used D2 steel to take advantage of its impressive wear resistance, toughness, and excellent edge retention. These two steels are permanently joined together in a unique "toothlike" pattern, giving the knife a stylish and distinctive appearance reminiscent of a warbird.
