Helle Knives Audun Stained Curly Birch Reindeer Antler H 3 LS

The 2024 Limited Edition from Helle has arrived! This year's model is named after its designer and Helle's chief handlemaker. Audun has worked as a key part of Helle for 50 years and has distilled his knowledge, experience, and preferences into this knife.The handle has excellent ergonimics, composed of stained birch and reindeer antler. The blade is Helle's triple laminated stainless steel (H3LS) with a Scandi grind.
