The particular model we are describing features a tan color with a black serrated blade. Emerson Knives partnered with Multitasker Tools to create the EDC-2 multi-tool, which we are proud to offer. With the EDC-2, Emerson has focused on streamlining the tool, making it slimmer and more affordable. The blade is made of liner locking 440C steel with a black oxide finish and includes the patented Wave Opener feature. The EDC-2 also boasts G-10 scales and a tip-up pocket clip for easy everyday carry. Additionally, it comes with two extra set screws for enhanced durability. The components of the EDC-2 include a partially serrated 440C steel blade, an awl punch/scraper, a Phillips screwdriver with 90 and 180-degree locks, and a flat head standard screwdriver with the same locking options. The wrench feature and bottle opener have been removed from this model.
