DUSTAR Model 1 Arad Black FRN Handle D2 Steel Blade Knife with IDF Logo

The DUSTAR Model 1 Arad is a timeless knife with a clip point style blade and guard. The blade is made of D2 tool steel and has a bead blasted finish, featuring a false back edge and a brass guard. The handle is made of tough FRN material and is securely attached with two hardened steel pins that won't come loose, even in the toughest conditions. It comes with a nylon sheath that has an external pocket. This particular Arad Model 1 is the IDF military edition, indicated by a marking on the back side of the blade. The Model 1 Arad is the first-ever fixed-blade knife that is heavy duty and versatile, suitable for various utility, field, and combat tasks. It was conceived, designed, tested, perfected, and manufactured entirely in Israel. The knife was designed by Alex Shamgar, a renowned Israeli custom knife designer and maker, and manufactured by Sherutay Erozia, an ISO 9001:2000 certified manufacturer of molds and dies since 1984. The knife was manufactured using CNC technology.
