I bought this model, and liked it so much, I bought another one with red/black scales and the blackened blade - almost lost it to my son-in-law, the first time I showed it to him!  It says a great deal for a design, when the grip fits a small hand (son-in-law) and my hand (XXLrg) just perfectly!  in addition, the components used, designs, ergonomics and function are all top notch.  I own three Defcon knives now, and if they continue their unique designs and construction practices, I will be buying more!  Well worth the prices listed here!

Big ,beefy and built really good I love this knife. It flips nice and smooth. Fit and finish is very good. The tx020 flips slightly better but this is pretty good. I definitely didn&#039;t expect this much knife for the money. I liked the packaging very nice for the money. I would definitely recommend I think a real deal. 

Packaging was very nice for a knife in this price range. The added pouch was a welcome edition for those who would want to carry such a knife on the belt rather than in the pocket. That being said the knife is very well built with a buttery smooth flipping action. Lock up is tight and solid with no wobble in any direction. The jimping is well placed and gives added grip without tearing up your thumb or palm. As a size comparison this knife is about the same size as the large ZT  series knives but is thicker in the back spacer. That being said it does fill the hand well and the G10 scales give grip without any hotspots. Even the belt clip tucks in nicely into the center of the hand. The flipper while small does the job weather you preload it or light switch it or just sweep it. the blade opens and locks solid. The blade finish is very ,very nice with high buff satin flats and a satin finish in the grind. If you have large hands you will love this knife! And your wallet will as well!
