The blade is made of Damascus steel and has a tang-end flipper, working alongside the ball-bearing pivot to ensure smooth and effortless action. This knife was made in May 2019 by the skilled knife maker Corrie Schoeman, who has been crafting knives for 30 years. His work is known for its timeless quality and aesthetic appeal.
