This Arc-Angel butterfly knife recently came in from a collector. It has superb action and is in great condition. Includes original box. Pictured above is the actual knife for sale! The Cold Steel Arc-Angel butterfly knife was designed by Darrel Ralph. The skeletonized handles are CNC machined from a solid billet of titanium, while the flat ground Carbon V steel blade is spear point styled. The Arc-Angel also includes a pocket clip for easy carry.

I preordered my Arc-Angel when it was first announced, I just got it yesterday. I have no complaints with shipping. The election themed stick was awesome! I don&#039;t recommend the knife for flipping, it is possible but it is super light. It runs on plain old washers, I was hoping for bushings or bearings. Great EDC tho.

The new Arc Angel is not what I personally wanted but taken on its own merits it isn&#039;t bad. In hand the arc angel design feels like a throwback in a good way but the heft of titanium is sorely missed. For what handful of tricks I know how to do I feel like the new AA is adequate but the lightness as well as the smoothness of the handles all but guarantees to me that this will not be a great flipper. The lack of a clip doesn&#039;t bother me as I find clips on balis personally annoying. As a design that harkens back to the days of EDC balis though its omission raises an eyebrow. The latch is also a throwback in a potentially bad way. They stayed so true to the original design that the latch can still swing into your edge and hit it. I recommend removing the latch asap. I think for the price you&#039;re getting a quality product but it does beg the question who the intended market is for this knife. It doesn&#039;t seem like a particularly good fit for enthusiasts who will pine for higher quality materials and the reverence and history of the AA is most likely lost on beginners. That being said I&#039;m optimistic as I&#039;m guessing companies like Flytanium are probably already cooking titanium rehandles for his blade. Overall it&#039;s ok.

Cold Steel switched several features between the announcement of this knife and shipping it. This was supposed to have a cool spear point blade; instead we got a much plainer clip point. It was also supposed to have a pocket clip; what shipped has no clip or mounting for one. It’s a nice knife but, at the price, you’ve got a lot of other options. What I really wanted was the knife I pre-ordered.

Wrong knife came in. Was the spear point canceled? Its an okay knife was just expecting something else and the handles are much too light

The handles are way to light to flip it looks great and the blade is good but it doesn&#039;t flip well the latch sucks and the handles just feel cheap
