All in all for the $ this is an outstanding value. One small thing - the cast aluminum piece they use for the recoil lock just looks like garbage and cheapens the whole overall knife. Wish they would have charged $5 more and gone with something a bit better.

Main problem was the thumb stud flipper is very poor, you have to put a lot of pressure and in some instances flip your wrist to make the blade come all the way up which was upsetting and also the blade isn’t D2

Love the knife, i used it at work a lot but it constantly needs resharpening. So I payed more attention to what looked like a serial number on the blade. AR-RPM9...... but it should say D2 because thats what i bought right? Nope apparently even though the pictures all said it would be a D2 knife blade HQ sent me a variant. One that has a very soft steel. 9Cr18mov has better edge retention than this thing. The lock is unique so i still love the knife but im upset that the seller messed up.
