It&#039;s a nice knife but I feel lied to. The &quot;damascus&quot; is a coating. The only reason I noticed is because I took the knife apart to swap blades with my other one. Can&#039;t say I&#039;m surprised as the price made it a little more obvious. The redeeming quality of this knife is the grippy micarta scales. If I knew it was fake damascus I would have been more apprehensive on buying it.
