Very well smooth solid very sharp out of the box knife. The blade is absolutely beautiful. If you look really close you can see a cool-looking pattern in it mixed with the grind. Like it was heat-treated perfectly!!! It’s so comfortable in the hand and its ergonomics are 100%. Drop shut smooth. Great pocket clip as well only one screw holding it in place !! I mean wow. What a great knife!! I bought the bestech mako first and after feeling how smooth and well that knife is built. I had 100% faith in bestech knives. They are worth the money! And reliable. I wish you could post pictures of the knives you do reviews about on here. That would be cool! 

I was nervous when I ordered this, having a D2 blade for $52.  But the risk did not outweigh the potential reward.  I got my hands on it and was very impressed with the build quality!  I&#039;ve had it for about a month now and have not had to make any adjustments.  The blade is still very sharp with regular stropping.  The angle of the top of the pocket clip makes it line up with my jeans pocket perfectly.  The lockup is solid without walking over at all.  The G10 is very smooth, almost polished, so it goes in and out of the pocket very easily.  But the highlight for me is the action.  It flips flawlessly and smoothly, smoother than knives worth 3 times as much in my collection.  I really only have one complaint.  The lock bar edge is very sharp, repeated unlocked hurts your finger a bit, I wish they had rounded that edge a bit.  But my thumb has toughened up and I don&#039;t notice it as much now.  Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this knife!
