I had originally bought the mini griptilian in early August and fell in love with it. The only thing that would constantly bother me is the size of the handle. As a man with medium meat mitts I felt the mini did not give me a great purchase and I was constantly trying to find a good grip. The full size came into my life and gave my medium sized hands the perfect home with no struggle to get a good grip on the handle. The other thing I noticed, the action is much better when opening and closing. The extra weight in the blade definitely makes opening and closing the full size much easier and more satisfying. As a wise man once said, &quot;buttery smooth.&quot; 

I carry this when I want something a little bigger than the mini.  Orange is good because it&#039;s hard to lose in the woods. Love it.

This blade is the sharpest I have ever seen out of the box. I really love the Axis lock. It&#039;s so smooth. And the blade steel is great. So I decided to try it. I thought I would hate the GRN handle scales. I actually like them. They are light yet a lot more durable than I expected. The blade is beautiful. It looks unreal how perfect it is. I can not find any flaws in the grinds. I didn&#039;t think it was worth the $100 until I bought it. I&#039;m happy with my purchase. 

I bought a Mini-Griptillian about 8 years ago that has been hiding from me for about 5 years.  I decided to give it&#039;s big brother a chance to live with me.  I was hugely disappointed with the stock scales and almost returned it.  I added a set of G-10 scales and that made all the difference.  It is now so solid and is one of my favorites.  It&#039;s also a great fidget toy.  It&#039;s now up there in price and quality with a couple of my 940&#039;s.
